Adam Connatser is the co-founder of the innovative Dallas-based law firm Wright Connatser. Adam serves the firm’s clients by drawing on 17-plus years of experience practicing business law, including 14 as an associate and then a partner at the global firm Squire Patton Boggs. He is honored to be able to take the expertise he developed at the highest echelons of business and finance, to innovators, entrepreneurs, small-to-medium-sized businesses, non-profits and social enterprises. Adam’s expertise includes business and transaction structuring, private placements, M&A, fund formation, finance, workouts and restructurings, corporate and securities, and various related areas of practice. He has written and spoken extensively on topics such as M&A, finance, impact investing and social entrepreneurship. He has been named a “Rising Star” by Texas Super Lawyers Magazine every year since 2005. He was named a “Best Lawyer in Dallas” by D Magazine in 2017. Adam graduated with a BA from Baylor University in 1998, and with a JD from the University of Texas School of Law in 2001. He is the proud father of his two great kids, a devoted husband to his dynamic and entrepreneurial wife, a soccer, baseball and softball coach, and the head of his daughter’s Adventure Princesses tribe.
